Please guide me

i have database of audio recordings in .wav format.

there are almost 200 wav file each of approximetly four to five seconds. these are sentences of queries and answers of it. this were used for creating IVRS using speech recognition.

how to send files please help in detail.

how many files can i send?

this is data for my Ph.D. thesis this system is working in marathi language of maharashtra state in India.
