Maybe you are interested in the development of a specific dialect pronunciation dictionary. I suggest that you take a look at Ralf's Modern Greek dictionary (download size about 3 MB; extracted size about 55 MB). The license of this dictionary is GPLv3. This means you are allowed to modify the phonemes that are included in this dictionary to suit your specific accent.
