I was searching for a French model over the Web, and I find an sofware called SPPAS:

This software as a lot Julius model like French, Italian, Chinese, Polish and others.
There's the dict, hmmdefs, tiedlist files but unfortunately, there's no dfa or grammar file.
This software was made by a french researcher, and lots of the files is under GNU or CC licence, perhaps she would submit all those models to VoxForge ?
