when i  run this command 

HERest -C configtrain2 -I phones0.mlf -t 250.0 150.0 1000.0 -S trainmfc.scp -H hmm0/macros -H hmm0/hmmsdef -M hmm1 monophones0

i get ---Pruning-On[250.0 150.0 1000.0]

  ERROR [+7321]  CreateInsts: Unknown label vbk

 FATAL ERROR - Terminating program HERest

note: this vbk phone is not in my lexicon, dictionary or phones.mlf, train.mlf anywhere.

when i add this vbk in my monophones0 and phones0.mlf file and create the HMM then i again get error with these phone vbv,cls,EM,OM and these phone are not in any file as i mention earlier case.
