First of all I have to say that I compiled the HTK with the MKL library.
So, I have created an initial DNN-HMM as the HTK manual suggests at page 65-66. It suggest to add one more layer and repeat pre-training until the best possible model is created. I have created a model with 4 hidden layer of 500 nodes each. Adding one more layer with the function HHed isn't creating any problem. But when I try to add an additional layer I get the error:
