Hi ahmed,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you...

>'/mkfa' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

I can't seem to get this to work on Windows Vista.  It worked with Windows XP.  I don't have access to Windows 7.

As a workaround, you can download the current Julius Windows (r4.1.4) binary zip file from the Julius site, and compile your grammars using its mkdfa script its bin directory.

I've tried it and it works with Julius 3.5.2

Ken
